What a fantastic evening celebrating the achievements, progress and spirit of our Guernsey Women’s Golf Development Squad! A huge thank you to everyone who has supported the squad throughout the season and to our sponsor, Walkers.
Special thanks to our pros Ronnie, Phil, Simon, and the newly recruited Chloe — we’re excited to work with you and continue developing women’s golf in Guernsey. Your guidance, enthusiasm and encouragement make all the difference.
Presenting the prizes was Andre Austin, the island women’s first team captain. A big thanks went to Andre for his time and commitment to the squad over the past two years.
We were also honoured to welcome our guest speaker, Dr Sue Shapcott, newly appointed Pro at La Grande Mare Golf Club and former Curtis Cup player. Thank you, Sue, for sharing your journey and inspiring our squad.
